By the way, I'd like to know why they require you to download an entire magazine to the local device in order to read it but not allow you to view the file offline. In the mean time I have been unable to read the magazines I download offline. I called PC Magazine a week ago and they said they are working on a fix but nothing yet. Since my iPad is WiFi only I am no longer able to read the magazine unless I'm in range of a hotspot. Now, the app will not even open unless I am connected to the Internet.
